A whole-school online safety programme for primary schools
Training for every member of staff, support for every family and ready-to-teach pupil lessons. Current all year, ready to use, and no extra preparation for teachers.

Created and led by Anna Sarjantson, online safety specialist and CEOP Education Ambassador.

- No pupil logins or pupil data
- Every member of staff, no per-person fees
- Invoice or purchase order
- EU-hosted, UK GDPR
Your staff need to teach what nobody taught them
Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) expects every member of staff to receive online safety training as part of safeguarding. OFSTED looks at safeguarding, and online safety sits inside it.
- Apps, games and guidance change faster than training cycles. A September INSET talk is out of date by spring.
- Every adult in school hears what children say, from teaching assistants to lunchtime supervisors. Each one needs to know what to do next.
- Staff need clear support, not a new specialist role.
Screensafe gives your staff clear, current guidance and somewhere reliable to come back to, all year.

Short training for every member of staff
6 courses, 28 short videos, 84 minutes in total. Each course fits a staff meeting or a quiet half hour.
Digital safeguarding in 2026
What the latest KCSIE changes mean for online safeguarding, the signs to watch for, and one simple question to ask a child.
Growing up online
What primary pupils do online, why their feeds look nothing like yours, and the four Cs for asking the right questions.
Phone-free schools
What the phone-free guidance asks of you, how exceptions work, and why phone-free is not risk-free.
Under-16 social media rules
What the government has announced, what isn't in force yet, and how to keep pupils talking.
AI chatbots and image abuse
How children use AI companions, how AI image abuse works, and what to do if a child tells you.
Talking with parents
How to raise online safety concerns with families without blame, so parents work with you.
Live each term
3 live sessions a year with Anna, on what children talk about right now, with time for your staff's questions.
Kept up to date
Anna updates courses when guidance changes. Under-16 social media rules already tracks the new rules as they develop.
CPD certificate
Every course ends with a certificate for your CPD records.
On any device
Staff watch on a laptop, tablet or phone, at school or at home. Progress saves as they go.
Governors join through the staff list and see the same training.[CONFIRM WITH ANNA: Governor access]

- No pupil accounts, no setup and no pupil data
Pupil resources come with your subscription when they launch.[CONFIRM WITH ANNA: Included at no extra cost for current subscribers]

Support for every family, at no extra cost
Your subscription gives every family at your school their own Screensafe area: 8 short courses, downloadable guides and termly live webinars, all written for parents of primary-age children.
- A trusted, non-judgemental place to signpost families
- You share one link. Parents sign up themselves, and your school never handles parent data.
- Parent and staff areas stay fully separate

See inside, then take it to SLT
Short videos sit alongside activities like these. Staff practise the conversation before a child starts it.
